Who may use SATpace

You must be at least 13 to create an account. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you may use SATpace only with permission from a parent or guardian. By using SATpace, you confirm that you meet these requirements and agree to these Terms.

Accounts and acceptable use

Keep your sign-in method and account secure, provide accurate information, and tell us promptly if you believe someone else has accessed your account. One student account is for one student unless SATpace expressly says otherwise.

• Do not copy, publish, sell, scrape, mass-download, or redistribute SATpace questions, explanations, software, or test forms.
• Do not use automation to access the service, reverse engineer protected features, probe security, interfere with other users, or bypass a paywall or access limit.
• Do not submit unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or infringing content through feedback or support features.

Free diagnostic, trial, and subscriptions

The diagnostic is free. The seven-day trial does not require a card and does not charge automatically when it ends. After the trial, continued paid access requires a subscription.

Current standard prices are $19.99 per month or $179.88 per year, displayed as an effective $14.99 per month when paid annually. Promotions may have separate eligibility or end dates. The price and billing interval shown at checkout control if they differ from this summary.

A paid subscription renews automatically at the selected interval until canceled. You can cancel through the Stripe billing portal before the next renewal; cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period. Permanently deleting your SATpace account cancels an active subscription before account data is removed. Except where law requires otherwise or checkout expressly states otherwise, completed charges are non-refundable. Taxes may apply.

Practice materials and score estimates

SATpace is an independent self-study product. It does not provide an official SAT administration, official score, admission decision, tutoring relationship, or guarantee of any score increase. Estimates, skill levels, difficulty labels, adaptive recommendations, and explanations are educational tools and may contain errors.

SATpace creates its own practice materials and testing workflow. SAT® and related College Board marks belong to their respective owner. College Board does not endorse or sponsor SATpace.

Ownership and feedback

SATpace and its licensors own the service, software, visual design, questions, explanations, scoring methods, and other original content. These Terms give you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the service for your own study. If you send feedback or suggestions, you allow SATpace to use them to operate and improve the product without an obligation to compensate you.

Availability, suspension, and changes

We work to keep SATpace reliable, but access may be interrupted for maintenance, security, provider outages, or changes to the service. We may modify features and practice content. We may suspend or end access when reasonably necessary to protect users, enforce these Terms, comply with law, or respond to nonpayment. You may stop using SATpace at any time.

Disclaimers and responsibility

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SATpace is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or produce a particular educational or testing outcome.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SATpace will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, opportunities, or profits arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

These Terms and the Privacy Policy form the agreement between you and SATpace for this service. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue. We may update these Terms and will post the effective date; continued use after an effective update means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law.
